
Vietnam Battle Fields 9 days tour will bring you a great chance to visit the old battlefields where witnessed the fierce battles like Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city), Hue, Quang Tri, Khe Sanh…Your first destination is Sai Gon – the biggest city in Viet Nam. This bustling metropolis, contradiction of its northern counterpart, is crowded with bikes and motorbikes, and excited with numerous shopping area and sidewalk cafés. You will spend 2 days in Sai Gon to visit demolished wartime American Embassy, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the War Remnant Museum and Cu Chi Tunnel. Leave Sai Gon behind, you will depart to the Center with discovering Da Nang, Hue, Quang Tri. Da Nang is the center of economy-politic of the Center. You will visit the US Consulate, War Museum or Nuoc Man heliport. The greatest visit will be Hue and Quang Tri where saw the most fierce battles in 17th Parallel bordering Hue and Quang Tri. Spend your time to visit Old Imperial Citadel, Read beach II, DMZ, 17th Parallel, Camp Carol fire-base or Ho Chi Minh Trail where took place the old battle field of Tet offensive in 1968.
Pick up to hotel from Tan Son Nhat Airport. Check-in hotel. Take part in the city tour in Ho Chi Minh City including the Reunification Conference Hall, Former US Embassy, War Remnants Museum, and Chinatown. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
In the morning, you will be driven to Thu Duc, Bien Hoa and Long Binh before departing for the Cu Chi Tunnels. Have Dinner and stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Arrive at Phu Bai Airport in Hue and then travel to the Forbidden City for exploration of the remnants at the Citadel and its open air war museum, Thien Mu Pagoda, King Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Mausoleums. Stay overnight in Hue.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then take a morning departure from Hoa Lu to Mai Chau through charming roads. As you pass over the landscapes, you may take a few stops at your leisure to take photos or visit the villages at both roadsides. Upon arrival at Mai Chau, enjoy a welcome tea party in the large traditional Thai house on stilts before having lunch with the locals. Later, hike through the village to discover the daily life and crafts of White Thai ethnic people. Have dinner and stay overnight in the house on stilts.
Travel on Highway No.9 towards Lao border, stop in Lang Vei Special Forces Camp, Khe Sanh Base, Da Krong Bridge, Cam Lo, Rock-pile and Camp Carrol. Stay overnight in Dong Ha.
Visit DMZ (Demilitarize Zone), the 17th parallel, Ben Hai River and Hien Luong Bridge, Vinh Moc Tunnel, Quang Tri Citadel. Return to Hue via Highway No.1. Stay overnight in Hue.
Drive over Hai Van Pass, stop at Lang Co beach, city tour in Da Nang includes the grounds of former US Consulate, Cham Museum, Marble Mountain, China beach. Stay overnight in Da Nang.
In the morning, you will be driven to Hoian ancient town. In the afternoon, you will arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh city. Take leisure time in the evening and stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Transfer to airport for departure.
