Have Breakfast at hotel. Discover Vietnam’s capital, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and traditional stilt house, the revered One Pillar Pagoda and visit Vietnam’s first university, the thousand year old Temple of Literature. Then, visit the typical Vietnamese places of worship, Quan Thanh temple and Tran Quoc pagoda, along the shore of West Lake. Have Lunch at local restaurant, visit Ethnology Museum and enjoy the rickshaw ride to discover Hanoi old quarter. In the evening, take part in the water puppet show. Have Dinner at local restaurant and stay overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast at hotel. Depart for Vu Linh village situated on Thac Ba Lake river, Vu Linh is home of Dao minority. Arrive at Vu Linh village; check in White Dao’s traditional house on stilt for a cup of hot green tea. Have Lunch at homestay. In the afternoon, walk around Vu Linh village to meet hospitable and friendly people or take a boat cruise on Thac Ba lake. In the evening, the welcome which is exceptional with a lot of local rice-wine from the hosts is surely one of the highlights of the trip. Stay overnight in homestay.

After breakfast at homestay. Take Beautiful drive today along Thac Ba lake, on the way, you will have chances to visit many roadside ethnic villages and markets. Continue the trip to Bac Ha for overnight in a guesthouse.

In the morning, visit lively and colorful market in Bac Ha before we continue our trip to Ha Giang, stopover on the way for taking pictures and for visiting ethnic villages. The road is very beautiful with many curves. Stay Overnight at Hoang Su Phi Lodge in Ha Giang.

Breakfast at Hoang Su Phi Lodge. Today must be highlights of the trip as we will visit one of the most remote land in Vietnam where are special with many ethnic groups with their unique cultures and imposing mountains – the “Heaven Gate” in Quan Ba, Rock Plateau and the Vuong palace in Dong Van. Keep going to Dong Van and visit Dong Van old market and Dong Van old town. Have Dinner and stay overnight in Dong Van.

After the breakfast. Depart for Bao Lac via Ma Phi Leng Pass and Meo Vac, stop for taking beautiful pictures and for visiting. Have Lunch at local restaurant and continue the trip to Bao Lac. In the morning, visit the local market in Bao Lac before our trip to Cao Bang where owns its beautiful landscape and houses of many ethnic groups. Visit Cao Bang center market. Have Dinner and stay overnight in Cao Bang.

After obtaining permission from the border police, we make our way through spectacular scenery to Vietnam’s most impressive waterfalls. Weather permitting we can swim right up to where the 50 m high falls hit the river. Back to Cao Bang via Quang Uyen and visit Nguom Ngao cave. Have Dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Cao Bang.

Drive from Quang Uyen to Babe lake & national park where the landscape is amazing and the homestay is another unique experience. Upon your arrival, you are free at leisure to do the boat trip (paying your own expense) or walk to explore the village of the Tay’s people. Stay overnight in homestay of a Tay’s family.

In the morning, drive to Halong Bay (165km) which is the most scenic sight and highlight of any vietnam tour and a recognized as World Natural Heritage Site.
12h00 – 12h30 : Embark on the traditional wooden junk and followed by a short cruise briefing.
13h00 – 15h30 : Savor a delectable lunch as cruises among the limestone islands.
15h30 – 16h30 : Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Bo Nau Cave area. Back to the junk
16h30 – 17h30 : Cruise to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17h30 : Cruise back to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos as the sun starts to set.
19h00 : Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Stay Overnight on board.
